1. Internet Explorer version 5.5 or later. (IE7.0 recommended)

    2. 3-buttons mouse with wheel.

    3. IE should set to allow iSAP' pop-up dialog boxes.
        Add www.co-base.com & co-base.com into:
          IE Menu/Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Pop-up Blocker/Setting

       If any third party plug-in blocks pop-up dialog boxes, set to allow.

    4. Select 'IE Menu/View/Encoding/Autoselect'.
